Did you know I have done a bunch of episodes about Walt Disney World and Disneyland? You can find them all right here!

Did you know I have done a bunch of episodes about Walt Disney World and Disneyland? You can find them all right here!

On my podcast, I have covered a vast array of topics.  Everything from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to Tupac to Madonna to the films of John Hughes has been discussed.  If you grew up during the 80s and 90s like me and my sister, I think you will find a plethora of episodes you will enjoy listening to.  One subject that has several episodes devoted to it is Disneyland and Walt Disney World.

In Episode 15, you will learn the backstory behind the creation of Disneyland.  You will learn about Walt Disney's humble beginnings and how his unrelenting passion for seeing his dreams come to fruition led to the Happiest Place on Earth.  You can find that episode here.

In Episode 16, you will learn all about some of the crazy behind-the-scenes stories from Disneyland.  You'll learn just HOW HOT it can get in those darn costumes, unruly guests, as well as accidents and tragic incidents at Disneyland.  You can find that episode here.

If you have been fan of the podcast for any length, you likely know that I am not only incredibly passionate about Walt Disney World but also worked there!  In this first episode of a two-part series, you will hear my first-hand account of working there, all taken from a memoir of sorts that I wrote right after I finished the program.  You can find that episode here.

The discussion continues on episode #41!  You will hear funny stories from my encounters with guests while working at the Emporium in the Magic Kingdom, how it felt to be at Walt Disney World on September 11th and the ending of the program.  You can find that episode here.

And to round out the episodes created in honor of the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World, I put together a show with some fun facts aka "31 things you may not know about Walt Disney World."  You may be surprised by what you will learn in this episode, even if you consider yourself to be a big Disney buff! You can find that episode here.

Finally, my most recent episodes related to Walt Disney World are episodes #63 and #64, respectively.  On these episodes, I interview my former college program roommate Gina Fitch.  We talk about her experience working in outdoor foods at Epcot.  We had so much fun reminiscing about our time together!  You can find those episodes here and also here.

Like I said, my show covers a ton of different topics from the 80s, 90s and early 2000s.  However, Walt Disney World and Disneyland will always hold a special place in my heart.  I'm quite certain there will be more Disney-related episodes in the future!
